What does it run on?

Premiere Pro 2022 or later, and After Effects. Windows and Mac, with an installer for each.

I only have Premiere (or only After Effects). Does it work?

Yes. The panel runs in whichever app you have and shows that app's tools.

Will it slow down a weak computer?

No. The panel notices a low-end machine and switches off the heavy animations by itself, and its tools run at a lower priority than Premiere so the app stays smooth.

How do Arabic captions work?

Transcription runs fully on your own machine - nothing is uploaded, and it needs no internet connection. If you have a graphics card it uses it to go faster.

How does payment work?

An InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer. You transfer, upload a screenshot, and we review and activate.

When does activation arrive?

Once we review the receipt - usually the same day - the key and download link reach you by email and WhatsApp.

How many devices can I use?

It depends on the plan - the device count is listed under each plan on the pricing page.

Is there a refund if it is not for me?

Yes - an open 14-day refund window from purchase. Details are on the refund policy page.
